I told Levi that once he actually starts working I will fall into more of a schedule and structure with activities and what not, but for now... It's lazy days for us! I've been cleaning, doing laundry, watching the olympics and reading a lot. That's about it (besides kids, which is still part-time with Levi around haha!) "You're pregnant again?!" They said. "You'll never have a dull moment!" They said. Well, they were wrong. Two kids. Still dull moments. Which, I'm sure, has contributed to my recent baby craze - or craziness - I definitely want more. Preferably twins. Before Via turns 3. That would be ideal. Then we would really be done having kids! Then we would probably never have a dull moment! Insane? Yes - the potential chaos is not lost on me ;)
As for right now, Levi is gone, the kids are both asleep - Lucas is actually sleeping in his toddler bed! (we'll see if it lasts the whole night) - and I am going to go lay in bed and read. At 8:30 pm :) With some food, of course. I just realized that I fed the kids tonight but forgot to feed myself. (At least we got them covered this time!)
Amidst all of the laziness and dull moments, however, Lucas still manages to try and put other peoples' clothes on...
Here he is trying on Daddy's shorts. He has also accomplished one of Via's dresses and every pair of shoes - expect for his own flip flops...? He can't get those on :/
haha he's such a funny kid! Twins would be awesome :)
ReplyDeleteHey at least you're not easily overwhelmed from your kids that's great! I know what you mean about the lazy days. 3 or so more weeks til I start my externship. Sometimes I don't like it but other times I am really enjoying some free time after the crazy last two semesters!
